Yamaha Marine Online Rigging Configurator (YMORC)

ACCESS VIA THE SERVICE PORTAL

This application is designed to assist in selecting Helm Master
EX (HM-EX) components for boats equipped with DEC or DES
outboard motors. Applicable Outboard Motors: 150 hp to 450
hp DEC and DES models. Number of Outboards Installed: 1 to
4 engines. Applicable Components: Helm Master EX Levels 1
through 4.

WHEN TO USE THE APPLICATION
• Component Selection: Choose HM-EX parts and harness
lengths for package boats.
• Ordering & Verification: Order, confirm, and record HM-EX
components using parts lists.
• Installation & Troubleshooting: Install components, connect
harnesses, and resolve wiring issues with diagram photos.
